To prepare and issue invoices, Irbis connects to its own Intuit QuickBooks Online company using Intuit’s authorized OAuth 2.0 API. Through that connection we read customer, item, and tax-code records and create invoices. We access only the data needed to produce invoices, do not use it for any unrelated purpose, and do not sell or share it. Access and refresh tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to end users; access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online or by disconnecting the integration.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, considering the nature of the information, the purposes for which it is held, legal and contractual requirements, and audit and dispute-resolution needs. When no longer required, information is securely destroyed or anonymized.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; in the event of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; withdraw consent; restrict or object to processing; and receive your information in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond within the period required by law and may ask you to verify your identity first. Note that much of the access data is held on behalf of our customers, and some requests may be directed to the customer that authorized your access.
